Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

1. By entering into this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

2. The prize draw is provided by KDI Interiors Ltd (incorporated in England, with company no. 12574256 and registered office at 4 The Maltings, Rayne, CM77 6BS) (the “Promoter” or “KDI”). 

3. The prize draw is open to persons over 18 years old, who submit a request on this page for a kitchen survey, for a property situated within a 30 mile radius of CM77 6BS.  

4. The Promoter will only accept one entry per eligible property. 

5. The person submitting the request form must ensure the form is completed in full and accurately, and in the English language.  

6. By submitting the request, you agree to be contacted by KDI for a kitchen survey, to be arranged and carried out by KDI at a date agreed between you and KDI.  

7. The prize draw opens on 8.01.2026 at 13:00 and closes 23:59 on 28.02.2026.   

8. The prize draw is free, and is not conditional on entrants purchasing a kitchen or kitchen installation services from KDI.  

9. The winning entry will be drawn by the Promoter on 1.03.2026 using a computer program to generate a winner randomly.  

10. The prize is a Carysil Brassware Hop Tap with a recommended retail price (RRP) of £399 (inc VAT) with the specifications set out above.  

11. The prize does not include KDI installing the Hot Tap. The Hot Tap must be installed by a qualified plumber. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the Hot Tap is not correctly installed. 

12. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so. 

13. The winner will be notified by KDI by email, to the email address provided in the kitchen survey request form.  If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified, then they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place by the Promoter. The Promoter will keep performing re-draws as set out in this clause, until the prize is claimed. 

14. To claim the prize, the winner must follow the instructions in the email from the Promoter notifying them that they have won the prize. Where the prize is claimed in accordance with the relevant instructions, the prize will be dispatched by the Promoter to the winner, no later than 10 days after the winner claims the prize. Note, the prize may be delivered after this 10 day period. Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter in writing, the prize will be sent to the address stated in the kitchen survey request form.  

15. Entries that are incomplete, invalid or lost, or entries not received by the Promoter for any reason before the prize draw closes will not be accepted. 

16. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter following that decision. 

17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost or damaged during delivery, or if it is delayed.   

18. The Promoter shall have no liability to the winner or any third party, for any inability or failure by the winner to claim the prize. 

19. The winner may not exchange the prize for cash, or for any other prize or product supplied by KDI. The winner may not transfer the prize to anyone else. 

20. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the prize draw at any time, without prior notice.  

21. The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, accessible HERE, and these terms and conditions.  

22. Employees or contractors of KDI are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.  

23. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. 

24. Details of the winner will be made available for up to 6 weeks after the closing date by contacting the Promoter via email HERE.   The winner agrees to have their name disclosed for this purpose. If the winner objects to this, please contact KDI via HERE as soon as possible after submitting their entry. Please note, even if the winner objects, the Promoter must make information about the winner available to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”) if the prize draw is challenged, or this information is requested by the ASA.
